Shipping Policy:
Our commitment to you is once your order is processed we will ship your product within the next 48 hours.
We ship via UPS Ground and charge you exact shipping costs from our warehouse to your home.
On occasion we will have items that will need to be backordered. In this case you will be notified within 24 hours by e-mail/phone and asked if you still want the product you ordered or if you would like to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Return Policy:
We try to fill every order correctly but on occassion our warehouse will make a mistake and send the incorrect product. Please return the incorrect product in it's original packaging along with all the paperwork.
Once the incorrect product is returned we will reimburse you for the full value of the item plus outbound and return shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days after purchase, you may return the product, but you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Your product must be returned in it's original packaging along with all the paperwork. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
Damage that occurs during shipping is beyond our control and cannot be refunded. UPS Ground includes up to $100.00 insurance on all packages. Credit for products damaged can be claimed with UPS Ground.
